Born in Topenish, Washington, August 10, 1955. Admitted to Nevada Bar in 1988, and to the U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and United States Supreme Court. Education: Brigham Young University, University of Utah (B.S., cum laude, 1980; M.B.A., cum laude 1981; J.D. 1988). Phi Kappa Phi; Beta Gamma Sigma. Member:Clark County Bar Association; State Bar of Nevada; Former Advisory Board of Directors of Heritage College. Co- authored "Bad Faith In Nevada" and "UM/UIM Law in Nevada"; authored "The Ten Commandments of Deposition Preparation." Instructor, LDS Business College (Small Business Development) and University of Phoenix (MBA program. Advanced Financial Analysis); past lecturer for Western Utilities Association and National Business Institute; Arbitrator for Eighth Judicial District Court mandatory arbitration program. Emphasis in Personal Injury General Litigation, Business Law, Professional Liability Litigation, and Insurance Law.
